The Robins came from behind to pick up their first three points of the season with a hard-earned 2-1 home success against East Preston.
Dave Crouch had put EP 1-0 ahead inside of 15 minutes before summer signing from Lewes Jack Troak marked his home debut with a goal, equalising three minutes before the break.
Hassocks were the better team in the second half and they eventually got their reward for a positive showing when Phil Johnson hit the winner 15 minutes from the end.
