The matchday programme from Hassocks’ Southern Combination League Premier Division meeting with Horsham YMCA is now available to download.
This was a fixture hastily rearranged following it’s original postponement 10 days ago. As a result, we had a slightly slimmed down programme of 32 pages available to supporters.
Inside was an interview with Phil Wickwar about having been sat on the bench as substitute goalkeeper for Hassocks’ 2-1 win over Steyning Town in the last home game – the same role he’d fulfilled the previous time the side’s met in the league 25 years ago.
We also had news of the fourth attempt to get the Robins’ trip to Alfold played, a report from the Under 23’s first league game since November and a look back at Hassocks’ 2013 FA Cup Extra Preliminary Qualifying Round victory over YM.
