44 pages of Robins content from a first Premier Division game at the Beacon in four weeks
The matchday programme from Hassocks’ Southern Combination League Premier Division match against Broadbridge Heath on Tuesday 27th September 2022 is now available to download for free.
Alex Bygraves was revealed as the first Player of the Month award winner of the season. The defender had enjoyed a superb first five weeks in a Hassocks shirt following his summer move from Peacehaven & Telscombe, pipping Harvey Blake and Leon Turner to the award.
We remembered a classic game against Broadbridge Heath from eight years earlier when the Robins ended an 11 game winless streak by beating the Bears 2-1 in the FA Vase.
Further Vase memories came in On This Day although not quite so good, recalling Hassocks being eliminated on penalties away at Farnham Town in 2011. Back in the modern day and there were recent match reports from the Under 23s, Under 18s and Ladies.
