Robins down Magpies in battle of the birds
Highlights from the Southern Combination League Premier Division match between Hassocks and Loxwood at the Beacon on Saturday 4th March 2023.
Two goals in the space of eight second half minutes saw the Robins to a 2-0 victory over Loxwood. Alex Bygraves opened the scoring followed by Phil Johnson continuing his red hot form.
At the other end, James Shaw and his defence became the first Hassocks backline to record four consecutive clean sheets in over 20 years.
