Entertaining score draw at the Enclosed Ground
Highlights from the pre-season friendly between Whitehawk and Hassocks at the Enclosed Ground on Saturday 6th July 2024.
The Robins headed back from Whitehawk with an excellent result, holding their Isthmian League Premier Division hosts to a 2-2 draw.
Hassocks goalkeeper Fraser Trigwell made a string of excellent saves at one end whilst the Robins ruthlessly took the limited chances which came their way at the other.
Tall striker Jamie Wilkes and A Trialist got the goals for Hassocks. Impressive Hawks striker Chris Whelpdale marked his first appearance for the home side with by bagging a brace.
