Highlights from the Southern Combination Premier Division match between Loxwood and Hassocks at the Nest on Tuesday 12th November 2024.
Hassocks bounced back from their disappointing Isuzu FA Vase Second Round exit at Tunbridge Wells three days earlier with a 3-0 victory away against Loxwood.
Big Alex Fair opened the scoring in a first half totally dominated by the Robins. It was a similar story in the second and only an unreal performance from Magpies goalkeeper Andy Barr kept the score below eight or nine.
Barr was, however, beaten by a Ruari Farrell penalty and an excellent finish from Morgan Vale in a comfortable win for Hassocks.
