Cheer on the Three Lions at the Robins Bar
The Clubhouse at the Beacon will be opening for England’s second game at the 2022 FIFA World Cup when the Three Lions take on the United States on Friday 25th November.
Kick off is at 7pm and the Robins Bar will be open from 6.15pm with two televisions showing the match live. Local beers from Bedlam Brewery and Silver Rocket will be available along with cider from Silly Moo and all your other favourite drinks.
All the bar takings will go back into the football club, so this is a great opportunity to support Hassocks at the same time as getting into the World Cup spirit.
England defeated Iran 6-2 in their opening game with an entertaining performance full of attacking football and goals. More of the same against the USA and the Beacon will be rocking.
The fun does not stop there, of course. On Saturday, attention reverts to the Southern Combination League when Saltdean United are the visitors in Premier Division action.
Kick off is at 3pm as the Robins welcome back former head coach Brad Sweetman and a host of ex-players who moved to Saltdean in the summer.
Admission is £7 adults, £3 concessions and free for under 16s. Why not make it a long football weekend at the Beacon with England on the Friday and Hassocks on the Saturday?
