Matchday programme for the Mid Sussex Peter Bentley League Cup Derby
The Hassocks matchday programme from the Peter Bentley League Cup third round match against Haywards Heath Town on Tuesday 31st October 2023 is now available to download for free.
There was a look back at the last time the sides met in a competitive fixture, Heath running out 3-0 winners in the Sussex Principal RUR Charity Cup back in 2018.
On This Day went back to 2009 and also featured RUR Cup action in what was described as a “Halloween horror show” when Selsey ran out 4-2 victors at the Beacon.
Completing the cup theme, there was a report from an excellent Sussex Veterans Challenge Cup in which the Robins racked up a 6-2 win over Patcham United.
